Capacity building activities represent one of BSCI’s three pillars; to expand on these activities BSCI is recruiting a Capacity Building Manager. The role is to co-ordinate BSCI training activities for BSCI Participants, producers, trainers and auditors. Responsibilities include, preparing BSCI’s conceptual training policy, rolling out of workshops and developing training material.
